Spring is here. Yes, I know, it's still technically winter, but we are heavy into real estate land of springtime. This the time to get your to-do list taken care of before you list your home for sale.
Let's start with the basics. Get appliances (water heater, furnace, heaters) serviced. If you're on septic, get an inspection now. Septic companies are super busy right now and getting an inspection could take a long time. It's required to have an inspection before you sell your house, so might as well be proactive and get it done now while you aren't rushed.
But what about the specifics about your house? There is no one size fits all when prepping your house to sell so it's hard to write a generic list that would truly help you get YOUR home ready to list.
