I am so excited to finally be BACK with a new Local Lift giveaway! With each Local Lift, I purchase gift cards to local Whidbey Island businesses to give away to the community. At the same time, I get to shine the spotlight on what makes each small business so special. This week I’m featuring a few of the amazing small businesses in Oak Harbor!

Seabolts Restaurant
Seabolts is a well-known Whidbey Island seafood company in Oak Harbor, and recently they’ve made some updates to their business! The smokehouse and processing plant are not separate companies. Whidbey Island Seafood Company owns and operates the Smokehouse (since February 2022), and all products smoked and processed in the smokehouse are done so by the Whidbey Island seafood team. And now, the restaurant is officially called “Seabolts Restaurant.”
Both Seabolts Restaurant and Whidbey Island Seafood Company pride themselves on quality, sustainability, and the fact that they don’t use any added preservatives or additional substances. You can buy Alaskan Bairdi Cooked Crab Meat, Alaskan Black Cod, Alaskan Coho Salmon, Alaska King Salmon, Alaskan Scarlet King Crab, Alaskan Sidestripe Shrimp, Alaskan Spot Prawn, and dozens of other shellfish offerings and fish cuts.
