This March 2023 offers so many fun events and happenings on Whidbey Island! Outdoor adventures, arts events, performances, community gatherings, and more are all on the horizon this month.
This February on Whidbey Island brings us a diverse range of events and happenings! You’ll find plenty of both theater and music performances to choose from, as well as events that show off the amazing work of our local artists. Fort Ebey Kettles Trail Run is this month as well, as is the annual Coupeville Chocolate Walk!
This week’s Local Lift is all about easy local gift-giving—in addition to being able to enter the giveaway, here you’ll find a ton of inspiration for your holiday shopping!

The holiday season is in full swing, and Whidbey Island is filled with festive fun this December 2021! Christmas parades, holiday markets, magical performances, and more are all on the calendar this month.
The theme of this week’s Local Lift is “Comfort in Coupeville”! This past weekend was Daylight Savings, and since it’s time to “fall back,” this means the days get darker earlier. This also means (in my opinion!) that it’s definitely time for some comfort food! All of the Whidbey Island businesses featured in this Local Lift know how to do delicious comfort food, and they are local favorites.
… And just like that, November is here! This month brings many fun events and happenings to enjoy here on Whidbey Island, from performances to community gatherings.
